About this garden
A little bit business plan, a little bit personal reinvention, and a very reliable amount of pet hair.
This is where I collect what I’m learning about work, AI, business, resilience, and building a life that feels like mine. I don’t have all the answers. I do have questions, stories, three excellent assistants, and a deep belief that useful things can also be beautiful.

Experience
I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow by building relationships, solving problems, and creating systems that make work easier for both customers and teams.
I didn’t set out to build a career in sales because I loved selling. I stayed because I discovered I loved understanding people. Every conversation was an opportunity to listen, learn, and help someone move one step closer to the outcome they were looking for.
Over the years, that curiosity led me from individual contributor to sales leadership, where I had the opportunity to coach teams, improve processes, and work across departments to solve problems that affected both employees and customers.
During my career, I’ve had the opportunity to:
While I’m proud of the numbers, I’m even more proud of the people I’ve worked with. Watching someone grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Every role has taught me something different, but a few lessons have stayed with me:
I’m exploring new opportunities, continuing to grow professionally, and documenting what I’m learning along the way. This website is part portfolio, part journal, and part ongoing experiment.
Whether my next chapter is with an incredible company, through Sparkles, or something I haven’t imagined yet, I hope the work I do continues to reflect the values that have guided me throughout my career:
